Transmission Neutral Switch

Used on manual transmission equipped vehicles, the neutral switch activates the solenoid valve when the transmission is shifted into any gear position, and deactivates the circuit when shifted into ``Neutral.'' If any of the previously mentioned conditions is not satisfied, the slow cut solenoid valve will deactivate, closing the fuel slow passage at the carburetor.
