Fuel Pressure Control Vacuum Switching Valve

Fuel Pressure / Canister VSV Connector Pin ID:

VSV CHECK
- Disconnect VSV connector.
- Using an ohm meter, check resistance between "LgY" and "BW" wires. If resistance is not approximately 30 ohms, replace VSV.

Canister And Pressure Regulator Vacuum Switching Valve:

- Confirm that air passes between "throttle valve" and "pressure regulator" fittings
- Apply battery voltage to VSV wires "LgY" and "BW". Solenoid should click and air should pass between "common chamber" and "pressure regulator" fittings.
- Replace VSV if faulty.
