EVAP Canister Purge Control VSV

Canister Control Solenoid Connector:

Fuel Pressure Control Solenoid Terminals:

VSV CHECK
- Disconnect VSV connector.
- Using an ohm meter, check resistance between "GW" and "BW" wires of VSV connector. If resistance is not approximately 30 ohms, replace VSV.

Canister And Pressure Regulator Vacuum Switching Valve:

- Confirm that air passes between "throttle valve" and "air filter" fittings.
- Apply battery voltage to VSV wires "GW" and "BW". Solenoid should click and air should pass between "throttle valve" and "purge control valve" fittings.
- Replace VSV if faulty.
