Choke Chamber and Float Chamber Assembly











DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove vent cover
2. Remove duty solenoid valve
- Cut the solenoid valve cord.
- Loosen the three screws holding the valve in place.
- Pull the valve from the choke chamber.

Note:
- Do not remove the duty solenoid valve unless repair or replacement is required.

3. Remove choke chamber





4. Fuel nipple
5. Fuel filter
6. Level gauge cover
7. Level gauge and rubber seal
8. Float and collar





9. Remove needle valve
- Take care not to loose the collar.
- Do not allow the needle valves to fall free.
- Take care not to damage the needle valve.

10. Remove secondary main jet #170
11. Remove primary main jet #88
12. Remove piston
- Take care not to lose the check ball.

13. Remove pump cover
14. Remove piston return spring
15. Remove pump set screw
16. Remove injector spring
17. Remove injector weight
18. Remove taper plug
19. Remove slow jet spring
20. Remove primary slow jet #52
21. Remove secondary slow jet #100
22. Remove primary main air bleed #100
23. Remove secondary main air bleed #60
24. Remove primary slow air bleed
25. Remove float chamber

REASSEMBLY
1. Install float chamber
2. Install primary slow air bleed
3. Install secondary main air bleed #60
4. Install primary main air bleed #100
5. Install secondary slow jet #100
6. Install primary slow let #52
7. Install slow jet spring
8. Install taper plug
9. Install injector weight
10. Install injector spring
11. Install pump set screw
12. Install piston return spring
13. Install pump cover
14. Install piston
15. Install primary main jet #88
16. Install secondary main jet #170
17. Install needle valve
18. Install float and collar
19. Install level gauge and rubber seal
20. Install level gauge cover
21. Install fuel filter
22. Install fuel nipple
23. Install choke chamber
24. Install duty solenoid valve
25. Install vent cover
