Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

After completion of service operation, clear the DTCs stored in memory by disconnecting the No. 3 fuse (in the fuse box of instrument panel) or the Battery cable for at least 10 seconds.




Removing the main fuse (60A) (in the Fuse and Relay Box of Engine Compartment) clears DTCs also.

NOTE: All DTCs stored in memory will be cleared automatically when the 26 pin Connector in the ECM is disconnected. After clearing the memory, it will be necessary to check or reset the other electrical equipment.
