Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Testing and Inspection

- Uncover the rubber boot on the Mass Air Flow Sensor side of the harness connector.








- When A. and C. are abnormal, check circuit and correct as necessary.
- When A. and C. are normal but B is abnormal, replace Mass Air Flow Sensor.




- When circuit is found to be at fault, correct or replace applicable harness assembly.




NOTE: If the Mass Air Flow Sensor has been removed, check bypass circuit "A" for contamination and clean with Carburetor cleaner as necessary.
