Dealer Service Procedure

1. Remove the adhesive backing from the new seat belt warning label.





2. Carefully position the label directly over the existing upper seat belt warning label on the front passenger-side seat belt (Figure 1). Press down firmly on the label to secure it in place.

3. Affix a campaign label (Part No. 2-90028-700-0) adjacent to the manufacturer's identification label located inside the driver's door. Using a ball-point pen, fill in the label with Campaign Number 95SM95, the Isuzu dealer code, and the repair date.
