1994-95 RODEO (UC) ROOF RACK CROSS SLAT EXCESSIVE BOWING
AFFECTED VEHICLES
1994-95 Rodeo (UC) models equipped with Isuzu aero roof rack.
On some affected vehicles, the roof rack cross slats may bow excessively, creating noticeable gaps between the cross slats and the roof. This excessive bowing is due to a misalignment of the roof rack slide rails.
To correct the problem, remove each affected cross slat and shorten it using the procedure described in this Service Bulletin. Shortening the cross slat will ensure a proper fit on the slide rails, thus minimizing any excessive bowing that can create gaps.

^ Remove end cap (either end).
