Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

Before beginning diagnosis, make a visual inspection for the following and repair as needed:
^ Check GAUGES 20 amp fuse.
^ Check for bare, broken, or disconnected wires.
^ Check for a binding, misadjusted, or disconnected cruise control cable.
^ Check for damaged, mispositioned, or disconnected release switches.
If the preliminary inspection reveals no problems, follow the "Cruise Control Functional Check".
