Removal

1. Remove the coil spring.
2. Remove the lower ball joint and do the following.







a. Support the lower control arm after the ball joint stud breaks loose.







b. Guide the lower control arm out of the opening in the splash shield.

3. Remove in this order the nuts, bolts, and the lower control arm.
