With Keyless Entry

Power Door Locks-Control Unit Input Test (With Keyless Entry System):

1. Remove the driver's door panel.
2. Remove the control unit from the door panel.
3. Inspect the connector and socket terminals to be sure they are all making good contact.
^ If the terminals are bent, loose or corroded, repair them as necessary, and recheck the system.
^ If the terminals look OK, leave the harness connected, and make the tests shown below and on the following page by probing the back of the connectors.
- If any test indicates a problem, find and correct the cause, then recheck the system.
- If all the input tests prove OK, the control unit must be faulty; replace it.

CAUTION: To prevent damage to the actuator. connect power and ground only momentarily.
