Intake Manifold

TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS
- Tighten the intake manifold fixing bolts and nuts to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
- Tighten the fuel injector fixing bolts to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
- Tighten the common chamber fixing bolts and nuts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
- Tighten the throttle body fixing bolts to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs).
- Tighten the EGR pipe flange nut to 44 Nm (33 ft. lbs.).

WARPAGE:
Standard: 0.05 mm (0.0020 inch) or less
Wear Limit: 0.40 mm (0.0157 inch)
