Case Extension Bushing Replacemen

CASE EXTENSION BUSHING REPLACEMENT

- Tools Required
- J8092 Driver Handle
- J23062-14 Bushing Remover
- J34196 Bushing Service Set





1. Inspect the case extension for the following conditions:
- Porosity
- Cracks
- Nicks
- Burrs
- Worn bushings





2. Remove the case extension oil seal assembly (34) (model dependent).





3. Using the J23062-14 and the J8092, remove the case extension bushing (33).





4. Using the J34196-4 and the J8092, install a case extension bushing (33).
