Shield Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the following parts that secure the transfer case shield to the frame rail and the transmission:
- The three bolts
- The two nuts
- The two washers

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the following parts that secure the transfer case shield to the frame rail and the transmission:
- The three bolts
- The two washers
- The two nuts

Tighten the transfer case shield bolts and nuts to 33 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).
