Vehicle Speed Sensor: Testing and Inspection

Before testing:
- Inspect No. 1 (10A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box.
- check for continuity between the C11 terminal and body ground (G401, G402, G404).
- check to see if diagnostic trouble code P0720 (9) is indicated.
