Brake Lamp: Description and Operation

General Description
The circuit consists of stoplight, high mounted stoplight
and a stoplight switch or brake switch.
With brake pedal depressed, the stoplight switch or brake switch is turned to on to illuminate stoplight. Brake switch controls not only the operation of the stoplight but also the input of cruise cancel signals to cruise control unit.
