Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair
Concentric Slave CylinderRemoval Procedure
1. Remove the transmission. Refer to Transmission Removal and Installation.
2. Remove the two bolts securing the concentric slave cylinder to the clutch housing.
3. Remove the slave cylinder from the transmission input shaft.
4. If required, the bearing can be removed from the slave cylinder for replacement.
Installation Procedure
1. Position the slave cylinder to the transmission input shaft.
2. Ensure that the bleed screw and the coupling are positioned toward the transmission ports.
3. Secure the concentric slave cylinder to the clutch housing with two bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
4. Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission Removal and Installation.
