Lower Control Arm Replacement (RWD)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front coil spring. Suspension Spring ( Coil / Leaf )
2. Remove the lower ball joint from the steering knuckle. Refer to Lower Ball Joint Replacement (RWD). Ball Joint




3. Remove the lower control arm from the vehicle.
4. Inspect the lower ball joint for wear, replace as necessary.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the lower control arm to the vehicle.




2. Install the lower ball joint stud to the knuckle. Refer to Lower Ball Joint Replacement (RWD). Ball Joint
3. Install the front coil spring.
4. Check the front wheel alignment. Adjust if necessary.
