Fog/Driving Lamp: Description and Operation

Fog Light Operation
With the headlight switch in HEAD and the dimmer/passing switch in LO, the headlight switch provides ground to the lighting relay which provides power through fuse F-8 to the fog light relay. Ground is provided for the fog light relay through the fog light switch and the dimmer/passing switch. When the relay is energized, power is provided to both fog lights and the lights come ON. When you turn the fog light switch OFF or move the dimmer/passing switch to HI, ground is removed from the fog light relay and the fog lights go OFF.
