Horn Replacement - Left

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the windshield washer solvent container. Refer to Washer Pump/Reservoir Replacement in Wipers/ Washer Systems.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.




3. Remove the bolt that retains the horn assembly to the fender.
4. Remove the horn assembly from the fender.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the horn assembly to the fender.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note in Service Precautions.




2. Install the bolt that retains the horn assembly to the fender.

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 17 N.m (13 lb ft).

3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Install the windshield washer solvent container. Refer to Washer Pump/Reservoir Replacement in Wipers/washer Systems.
