Cylinder head bolts. Install NEW cylinder head bolts.
M11 bolts a first pass 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
M11 bolts a second pass 90 degrees
M11 bolts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) 90 degrees
M11 bolts (9 and 10) 50 degrees a final pass
M8 bolts (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)

Cylinder Head Height/Thickness-Measured from the Cylinder Head Deck to the Valve Rocker Arm Cover Seal Surface; 120.2 mm (4.732 inch)
Surface Flatness-Block Deck-Measured Within a 152.4 mm (6.0 inch) Area; 0.08 mm (0.003 inch)
Surface Flatness-Block Deck-Measuring the overall Length of the Cylinder Head; 0.1 mm (0.004 inch)

Intake Manifold Tightening Sequence:

Intake Manifold Bolts
First Pass in Sequence 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
Final Pass in Sequence 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)
Camshaft Retainer Bolts 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
Camshaft Sprocket Bolts 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)
Exhaust Manifold Bolt. Alternate from side-to-side, and work toward the outside bolts.
First Pass 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.)
Final Pass 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
