TITLE: Intermittent Dead Battery

Condition:

Some may comment on an intermittent dead battery. Ignition voltage may be present when the key is removed from ignition.

Correction:

This can be identified by watching the PRNDL display and battery light on the IPC. Using tip of key in the ignition cylinder, manipulate ignition switch by rotating forward and rearward to see if the PRNDL and/or battery light illuminate on the IPC. If either light illuminates, replace the ignition switch.
