Fuel Supply Pump






Removal







1. Remove the intake pipe and the intake throttle valve.
2. Remove the fuel pipe and fuel leak-off pipe.





3. Remove the fuel feed hose.

4. Disconnect the connector of fuel temperature sensor and the suction control valve from the fuel supply pump.






5. Remove the fuel supply pump.

NOTE: A single bolt (1) secures the pump and the flywheel housing.







6. Use a gear puller to remove the fuel supply pump gear and the bracket O-ring.







7. Loosen the 3 bolts holding the fuel supply pump bracket. Remove the bracket and the O-ring.
