SERVICE INFORMATION
Corrosion of the fuel tank or the attached fuel feed pipe may cause per-
foration of the tank or the pipe. This condition can allow fuel to leak from the fuel tank, and can ultimately result in a fire without prior warning. Such a fire could, in time, spread to the passenger compartment. This Campaign Bulletin describes the procedure for replacing the fuel tank assembly.
OWNER NOTIFICATION
All owners of affected vehicles will be notified by letter from American Isuzu Motors Inc. (copy enclosed). See pages 5, 6 & 7. Each Isuzu dealer will be supplied with a detailed list of affected vehicles originally allotted to that dealership. The list will contain VIN and detailed owner information. If none of the affected vehicles were shipped to a dealership, no list will be sent.
