Fig. 9 Measuring secondary throttle valve opening point:

Check secondary throttle valve opening point by measuring clearance between primary throttle valve and wall of throttle chamber (G2), Fig. 80, when the adjust plate is brought in contact with point (A) of kick lever. If clearance is not as specified, adjust by bending portion (A) of kick lever.
