[01] -- Tighten in diagonal pattern one or two turns at a time until seated, then apply final torque.
[02] -- Tighten in two steps; torque to 22 ft. lbs., then torque an additional 45-60°. Apply Loctite No. 262 to bolt threads & tighten in diagonal pattern.
