To prevent windshield streaking when the wipers are in use, the windshield glass should be periodically cleaned to remove road dirt and external glass contamination.
NOTE: If streaking persists after the windshield has been cleaned, the wiper blade(s) should be replaced.
To clean the windshield, a citrus based cleaning agent manufactured by Vin Dotco (JAG 150) is now available from Zone Parts Departments.
CAUTION: Vin Dotco is an abrasive cleaner. Care should be taken to prevent the cleaner from coming in contact with chrome or painted trim.
