Fan Shroud: Service and Repair

- Open the bonnet and remove the air cleaner element, remove the nuts securing the torquatrol unit to the water pump.

- Remove the fan cowl securing clips (1 Fig 1), two off, and lift out the fan cowl (2 Fig 1) and torquatrol unit complete.

- Reverse the removal procedure to refit the replacement fan cowl.

Fan to torquatrol unit 13.5 Nm
Torquatrol unit to water pump 23 - 27 Nm
