Depressurizing System

Depressurize power hydraulic system (88 - 89 model years)

1. Depressurize system by pumping brake pedal until it feels hard, 18 - 20 times.
2. Raise and support rear of vehicle.

Bleeder Valve:

3. Attach a piece of hose to line bleed screw, located on three way line connector at left rear side of ride height pressure line.
4. Place free end of hose in drain container.
5. Loosen line bleed screw 1/2 turn and allow fluid to drain into container.
6. Tighten bleed screw and lower vehicle.
7. Add new fluid as necessary to reservoir.

NOTE: Never re-use old fluid.
