EGR Tube: Service and Repair

Fig. 8 EGR valve.:

1. Remove air cleaner cover.
2. Remove hardware securing exhaust tube clamps, Fig. 8.
3. Remove exhaust tube from EGR valve and exhaust manifold connections.
4. Clean all sealing surfaces.
5. Reverse procedures to install, using new exhaust tube.
