Compressor/Pump: Service and Repair
Hydraulic Pump:
1. Relieve hydraulic pressure.
2. Place a cloth below pump to absorb any fluid.
3. Remove pressure line bracket securing bolt.
4. Disconnect pressure line from pump.
5. Disconnect feed line from pump.
6. Plug lines and pump outlets.
7. Remove pump to timing cover securing bolts.
8. Remove pump.
9. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Bleed hydraulic system.
b. Torque strut securing bolts to 16-20.5 ft. lbs.
c. Torque line union nuts to 12-14 ft. lbs.
