KEY POINTS: RETURN PROCEDURES


To comply with State Emission Laws, all warranty emission parts on 1990 M.Y. and newer vehicles must be returned to Jaguar Cars Inc., Mahwah.

Return procedures for emission parts are the same as currently used procedures, except that a special yellow parts tag (W8) and a copy of the JDS printout must be attached to all emission parts for identification. In addition, the casual parts description, the reason for any other part replacements, and other comments must be entered on the reverse side of the yellow tag.


NOTE: Additional tags can be ordered from Zone Parts Departments.


The parts return slip received by a dealer after claim submission will indicate which parts will require a yellow parts tag. The emission component can be shipped in the same containers as non-emission returns.
