1. Open circuit in harness:-

FAULT DESCRIPTION

Open circuit found in Bulkhead Harness wire colour WK connector LB 55 pin 1


This description would indicate an open circuit in the bulkhead harness section of the white/pink wire, originating from connector LB 55 pin number 1.


Note: As with all of the fault descriptions, only one pin is indicated. Circuit diagrams should be used to determine the other end (this may be another connector, a line splice or an in-harness diode).


2. Open circuit in connector

This fault description indicates a short circuit to ground, e.g., a trapped wire, in the white/pink wire from LB 55 pin number 1. The short circuit may be anywhere along the wire in the bulkhead harness section. If the wire contains a line splice then the fault could be in any of the wires leading from the splice. it is not restricted to the section from the splice to the connector mentioned in the description.
