Ride Levelling - Deletion of Up Solenoid Valve

ISSUE:

The power hydraulic up solenoid was deleted at VIN 653345.

ACTION:

When diagnosing the ride levelling system using JDS software issue 4050B, the following procedure/information should be referred to:


NOTE:
JDS instructs the user to locate connector RS-19 (Black) 6 way PM-4, located above the solenoid valve block assembly. This is a Yellow PM-4 connector.





^ Place the current measurement clamp around RS-19, pin 2 Yellow/light green (YLG) with the arrow facing away from the connector. Press ENTER.

^ Leave the measurement clamp around RS-19, pin 2 YLG wire. DO NOT move the current measurement probe to PIN 4 (as instructed by JDS).

^ Press the ENTER pad.

^ "Start the engine" will now be displayed on the screen.


NOTE:
The ride levelling system should now stabilize. Continue with the rest of the JDS test.
