Heater Matrix Pipe Gasket





- Disconnect battery earth lead.
- Drain the coolant.
- Remove left side dash liner.
- Disconnect the coolant temperature switch cables (1).
- Remove the matrix housing securing screws and remove the housing halves (2).
- Displace the foam pad.





- Remove the pipe securing screws and displace the pipes.
- Remove the "O" rings.

NOTE:
- Installation is the reverse of this procedure,
- Replace the "O" rings, fill and bleed the cooling system.
