R134A A/C System - Connections - Revised Torque Specifications

ISSUE:

Poor A/C system operation/leaking refrigerant - Revised torque specifications for the system connections.

ACTION:

To ensure proper operation of the R134A A/C system, all system joints/connections must be torqued to specification. These specifications supersede the information in the Service Manual.

Before tightening, lightly lubricate "O" rings and threads with PAG oil.

NOTE:
Re-seal PAG oil containers immediately after use.
