Air Delivery Pipe, Primary

Air Delivery Pipes:

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove air cleaner assembly.
3. Depressurize fuel system.
4. Release EGR transfer pipe/inlet manifold union nut.
5. Release transfer pipe/EGRV union nut, displace pipe for access.
6. Remove induction manifold.
7. Release air feed hose/non return valve securing clip and remove hose from non return valve. Displace and remove securing clip.
8. Remove non return valve.
9. Release primary to secondary air delivery pipe union nut.
10. Remove primary air pipe/water pipe mounting bracket securing bolts, remove pipe.
11. Fit and align new primary air pipe, loosely fit primary/secondary pipe union nut.
12. Fit and tighten primary air pipe/water pipe securing bolts.
13. Tighten primary/secondary pipe union nut.
14. Reverse procedure to complete the reassembly.
