Air Delivery Pipe, Secondary

Air Delivery Pipes:

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove wiper arm.
3. Remove wiper motor.
4. Release EGR transfer pipe/inlet manifold union nut.
5. Release transfer pipe/EGR valve union nut.
6. Reposition pipe for access.
7. Release secondary/primary air pipe union nut.
8. Release secondary pipe/exhaust manifold delivery pipe union nut, remove pipe.
9. Fit and align new secondary air delivery pipe, engage union nut to primary pipe.
10. Fit and tighten secondary air pipe to exhaust manifold delivery pipe union nut.
11. Tighten secondary to primary pipe union nut.
12. Reverse procedure to complete re-assembly.
