Accelerator Pedal: Service and Repair

Throttle Pedal:

- Move carpet from around throttle pedal.
- Remove cotter pin and clevis pin.
- Disconnect throttle cable from pedal.
- Remove fasteners securing mounting bracket to body.
- Remove pedal assembly from vehicle.
- Remove "C" clips from pivot. Rotate and remove pivot bushings.
- Remove pedal from mounting bracket.
- Remove spring and rubber stop from pedal.
- Reverse steps to refit.
