Throttle Body: Service and Repair

Air Box And Components:

- Remove air box elbow.
- Remove hose connecting elbow to throttle body trumpet.
- Remove trumpet and adaptor from throttle body..
- Note positions of and remove vacuum hoses connected to throttle body.
- Disconnect throttle cable.
- Disconnect throttle potentiometer electrical connector.

Throttle Body And Components:

- Remove bolts securing throttle body to intake manifold and remove throttle body.
- Reverse steps to refit.
