Blower Assembly - Driver Side

Note: RH-drive version shown below, LH-drive procedure is similar. Jaguar only provides the RH-drive procedure.






- Disconnect battery earth lead.
- Remove LH dash liner.
- Remove relays/modules: front screen heaters, interior lamps, door/mirror/heater/starter module.
- Remove the central control module (CCM) and mounting bracket.
- Remove the relay base and splice box from the blower motor mounting bracket.
- Disconnect the cable multi-plug, actuator vacuum pipe, and pliable trunking.
- Remove the blower motor assembly.
- Remove the gasket and trunking from the blower motor assembly.

NOTE:
- Installation is the reverse of this procedure.
- A new gasket should be used and the blower motor bolts should NOT be fully tightened until all connections are made.
