Blower Assembly - Passenger Side

Note: RH-drive version shown below, LH-drive procedure is similar. Jaguar only provides the RH-drive procedure.





- Disconnect battery earth lead.
- Remove the right side dash liner.
- Remove the footwell air duct.
- Remove the pliable trunking retaining clip and displace the trunking.
- Remove relays and harness from the blower mounting.
- Disconnect the cable harness multi-plug.
- Remove the bolts securing the motor assembly and remove the assembly.
- Remove the gasket and trunking from the blower motor assembly and place the assembly aside.

NOTE:
- Installation is the reverse of this procedure.
- A new gasket should be used and the blower motor bolts should NOT be fully tightened until all connections are made.
