To improve the accuracy of electrical harness/connector fault reporting, new Product Detail Report (PDR) forms have been developed reflecting the latest harness circuit configuration.
In the event of a harness/connector, in-line diode fault, complete all applicable sections of the form, as necessary.
The form may be used to identify identical problems on multiple vehicles of the same model range (i.e. Sedan or XJS). Please ensure that you clearly provide the cause problem/location and the VIN(s).
Information which would assist Product Investigation, such as photographs, sketches, etc., should also be included with the form.
