Pulley Bearing
- Remove the compressor. Removal and Installation
- Remove clutch front plate. Compressor Clutch Front Plate





- Remove pulley retaining circlip (1).
- Remove bearing retaining circlip (2).





- Using Air Compressor Tool Kit JD 169K, assemble in order to the front pulley - Split collets, Distance piece, Outer ring, Threaded inner sleeve, and Holding bar. Remove the front pulley.





- Invert the pulley on the bench and with the bearing drift remove the pulley bearing. Discard bearing.
- Using the opposite end of the bearing drift, install the replacement bearing.

CAUTION: Do not apply pressure or shock loads to the bearing inner race.

NOTE: Installation is the reverse of this procedure. New circlips should be used.
