Reacquired Vehicle Limited Warranty Coverage/Policy Guidelines
ISSUE:
Under the Reacquired Vehicle Limited Warranty, Jaguar Cars warrants the vehicle to be free from defects in factory supplied material and workmanship. Normal wear and tear and storage deterioration is not covered under this warranty.

WEAR AND TEAR COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS
The following items are not covered under the reacquired vehicle limited warranty:
^ Normal maintenance items and regularly scheduled maintenance
^ Lubrication and lubricants unless required as part of a repair or replacement of a covered component
^ Tires
^ Windshield wiper blades
^ Light bulbs - interior and exterior
^ Brake pads and brake rotors
^ Body panel alignment
^ Suspension alignment
^ Wheel and tire balancing
^ Headlight aiming
^ Glass alignment
^ Engine adjustments
^ Drive belts
^ Battery covered 5O% parts, 100% labor
^ Aftermarket accessories
^ Normal wear and tear to interior trim parts including but not limited to: abrasion, fading, dirt, or damage
^ Damage caused by improper maintenance including but not limited to: failure to maintain the vehicle, use of contaminated or incorrect fuel or lubricants
NEW AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS
Effective January 1, 1995, the following repairs must be authorized by the Jaguar Cars District Service Manager prior to the commencement of work
^ Replacement or overhaul of major assemblies - engines, transmissions, differentials
^ All paint and body repairs regardless of cost
Prepare an Authorization Request form W-23 as outlined in Section G 3.1 of the Jaguar Cars Warranty Manual. DSM inspection and authorization is required before work can proceed.
