OBDII Report (JTP627/1)
The OBDII report software has been modified to enable the data to be transferred directly to the Multimedia PC and then printed in the form of an S93 report. When OBDII report is selected the PDU will provide instructions to connect to the vehicle. As much information as possible will be gathered directly from the vehicle. Any data that cannot be gathered will be requested by the PDU to be input manually via the on screen keypad. When all of the information has been gathered the PDU will provide a menu screen. One of the options will be TRANSMIT DATA, after selecting this the PDU will provide instructions to disconnect the PDU from the vehicle and connect to the multimedia PC. Once connected to the PC, with the PC switched on, the only further operation is to press the TICK icon on the PDU to confirm connection. The PDU will transmit all of the OBDII data to the PC.
When the data has been transferred the PC will provide a pop-up screen as shown.
