ISSUE:
Body paint primer is color-keyed to the vehicle finish color on 1994 MY XJS Range vehicles from VIN 194775 and on Sedan Range vehicles from the beginning of the 1995 MY (VIN 720001).
The following areas of the vehicle are not cosmetically critical and are not painted with a finish coat.
^ Engine compartment
^ Hood underside
^ Trunk interior
^ Trunk lid underside
ACTION:
To repair a vehicle to original specification, the primer material must match the finish coat color. Use the illustrated table to match primer color to vehicle finish color.
