Radiator Splash Shield

Radiator Splash Shield (76.22.90)

Removal


1. WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on a four-post lift.

Raise and support the vehicle.

2. NOTE: Note the fitted position of the washers.

Remove the radiator splash shield.
- Remove the 21 Torx bolts.
- Remove the 2 screws.







3. NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.

Remove the 13 clips.

4. Remove the 2 air deflectors.
- Release the 2 clips.







Installation

1. Install the air deflectors.
- Carefully secure the clips.

2. Install the clips.


3. Install the radiator splash shield.
- Tighten the Torx bolts.
- Tighten the screws.
