Choke Unloader Adjustment

Fig. 8 Choke unloader adjustment:

1. While holding throttle in the wide open position apply light closing pressure to choke valve and measure clearance between choke valve and air horn wall, Fig. 8.
2. If necessary, adjust by bending choke unloader tang.
3. After completing adjustment, check to ensure choke unloader tang does not come in contact with any carburetor components.
