Rear Washer Pump

Fig. 10 Switch Test.:

1. Put ignition switch in the ACCESSORY position and disconnect the rear washer pump connector.
2. Using an ohmmeter, test pump connector terminal A.
3. If ohmmeter reads infinity, test terminal A for battery voltage.
4. If battery voltage is indicated, replace pump.
5. Using a voltmeter, test pump terminal B, with the switch in the Wash position.
6. With the switch in the Wash position, check terminal B for an open.
7. If open is found, repair open to fuse.
8. If open is not found, refer to Switch Test.
